Finance Head

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the financial strategy and operations for a dynamic organization with a significant presence in both Delhi NCR and Africa. The Finance Head will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of the company, providing strategic financial guidance to leadership, and overseeing all financial reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
Oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15-20 years) in finance and accounting roles.
Proven leadership experience in a financial management capacity.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Experience working with international financial regulations.
