Lead Engineer - Data

This role focuses on leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of data solutions. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for guiding a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data products, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data engineers in the design and development of data pipelines and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data solutions.
Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to understand data requirements and deliver impactful insights.
Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Stay abreast of emerging data technologies and trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in data engineering and related fields.
Strong proficiency in data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
