Nurse Educator

This role involves educating and training nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, assessing training needs, and providing ongoing support to nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement nursing education programs and training materials.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for nursing staff.
Assess the training needs of nursing staff and identify areas for improvement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff.
Stay up-to-date on current nursing practices and trends.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Proven experience in nursing education or training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
