Senior Business Analyst

This role focuses on analyzing business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design processes, and ensure successful implementation of systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Design and model business processes and workflows.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback.
Create and maintain documentation related to business processes and systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with requirements gathering techniques.
Proficiency in process modeling and documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with software development lifecycle.
