Middleware DevOps Lead Engineer

This role is focused on leading and implementing DevOps practices for middleware environments, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in both middleware technologies and DevOps methodologies, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps pipelines for middleware applications.
Automate build, deployment, and testing processes.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and reliability.
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Champion DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in middleware technologies (e.g., WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss).
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
