Tendering Estimation Engineer

This role involves managing and executing tendering and estimation processes for infrastructure projects. The Tendering Estimation Engineer will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs, preparing comprehensive tender documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of working effectively within a team to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
Develop and submit tender documents in response to client requests.
Analyze tender specifications and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of all tendering and estimation activities.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between estimates and project execution.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in tendering and estimation for infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
