Therapy Business Manager

This role involves leading and managing therapeutic areas within the pharmaceutical business. The Therapy Business Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business plans for assigned therapeutic areas.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Manage product portfolios and ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
