US Recruiter

This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for positions within the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US recruitment landscape and a proven track record of successfully filling roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 15 years of experience in US recruitment.
Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience with various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
