AR Caller

This role involves providing essential support to the revenue cycle management process, ensuring timely and accurate communication with patients and insurance providers. The AR Caller will play a crucial role in resolving outstanding balances and maintaining positive patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact patients and insurance providers regarding outstanding balances.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
Document all communication and actions taken in the system.
Follow up on payment arrangements and ensure adherence to payment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in data entry and computer applications.
