Collection X Bucket Fresher

This role focuses on managing and recovering outstanding debts within a collection portfolio. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with debtors and ensure timely resolution of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of collection accounts.
Contact debtors via phone, email, and other channels to negotiate payment arrangements.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate account records.
Follow established collection procedures and compliance guidelines.
Escalate complex cases to senior team members as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:
