Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generation Executive

This role is focused on driving sales growth through proactive lead generation and effective communication with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage prospects.
Present product demonstrations and explain the value proposition.
Manage and update lead information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead generation effectiveness.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
