SAP FICO Lead Functional Analyst

This role involves leading and executing SAP FICO implementations and support activities. The Lead Functional Analyst will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring SAP modules, and ensuring the system meets the needs of the organization. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements related to SAP FICO.
Configure SAP FI and CO modules to meet business needs.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality.
Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Participate in the design and implementation of new SAP FICO solutions.
Train end-users on SAP FICO processes and functionality.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 16 years of experience in SAP FICO.
Strong understanding of SAP FI and CO modules.
Experience with SAP implementation methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
