Design Development Engineer - Packaging

This role focuses on the design and development of innovative packaging solutions, ensuring product protection, efficient logistics, and appealing presentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing packaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design packaging solutions that meet product specifications and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate and select appropriate packaging materials and technologies.
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
Conduct testing and analysis to ensure packaging integrity and performance.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in packaging design and development.
Strong understanding of packaging materials, structures, and processes.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
