You will drive customer value through data analysis, operational excellence and proactive project management. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving and requires the ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple complex accounts and translate insights into long-term solutions.  What You Will Work On  <ul> <li>Partner with customers to define delivery timelines, milestones and end-to-end project plans that ensure successful execution. </li> <li>Lead carrier initiatives from planning through adoption, presenting data driven insights and best practice recommendations. </li> <li>Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns, uncover root causes and recommend improvements that increase data quality and availability. </li> <li>Coordinate closely with carriers to drive continuous data improvements and troubleshoot performance issues. </li> <li>Monitor project progress, communicate risks and publish regular progress reports that highlight business impact. </li> <li>Hold customers and carriers accountable for actions that improve operational outcomes. </li> <li>Use open-source visualization tools and internal data platforms to triage errors and support issue resolution. </li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of carrier integration methods across modes and apply technical knowledge to guide decision making. </li> <li>Collaborate with cross functional partners including Product, Support, Carrier Operations and Engineering to drive customer value. </li> <li>Contribute to internal initiatives, SOP development and process improvements that enhance quality, consistency and efficiency within the Managed Services practice. </li> <li>Mentor team members, identify process gaps and share scalable solutions across the organization. </li> <li>Manage a portfolio of complex Enterprise and Vanguard customers, often spanning global regions and multiple project44 products. </li> </ul> What You Need:  <ul> <li>Two to four years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role. </li> <li>Experience in SaaS, software or logistics is preferred. </li> <li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights. </li> <li>Solid understanding of source data, data formats and data behavior. </li> <li>Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Kibana or Observe. </li> <li>Experience with APIs or basic coding concepts is a plus. </li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. </li> <li>Strong communication abilities and a customer focused, problem solving mindset. </li> <li>Fluency in English and French OR Spanish.
