Human Resource Manager

This role is focused on managing and developing the human resources function within a dynamic organization. Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
