Technical Lead - CSM Shift Engineer

This role involves leading and managing shift operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of critical systems, and providing technical expertise to support customer service and maintenance activities. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing solutions to optimize performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage shift operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team, resolving complex issues and escalating as needed.
Troubleshoot and diagnose system failures, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing proactive measures to enhance reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other teams to coordinate activities and resolve cross-functional issues.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in a technical leadership role within a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of systems and their operation.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with shift operations and maintenance.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
