Algorithmic Trader

This role focuses on the development and implementation of algorithmic trading strategies to optimize trading performance and achieve investment objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, quantitative analysis, and programming skills to build and maintain automated trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement algorithmic trading strategies based on market analysis and statistical models.
Backtest and optimize trading algorithms to ensure profitability and risk management.
Monitor and maintain existing trading systems, identifying and resolving any issues.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trading opportunities.
Collaborate with other traders and analysts to share knowledge and improve trading performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance.
Proven experience in algorithmic trading or quantitative finance.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
Solid understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
