Workday Integration Consultant

This role focuses on implementing and supporting Workday solutions for our clients. The consultant will be responsible for integrating Workday with other systems, configuring Workday modules, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Workday modules to meet client requirements.
Develop and execute integration strategies between Workday and other enterprise systems.
Perform data migration and validation activities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday issues.
Document configurations, processes, and solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience with Workday configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of Workday integration concepts and technologies.
Experience with data migration and validation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
