SME Business Banking Relationship Manager

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, providing tailored banking solutions to meet their financial needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with a strong understanding of business banking principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of SME clients.
Identify and assess the financial needs of clients.
Provide tailored banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and cash management solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive service.
Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
Cross-sell other banking products and services to existing clients.
Monitor client accounts and identify potential risks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

4 to 8 years of experience in business banking or a related field.
Strong understanding of SME banking principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
