React Lead Developer

This role is for a highly motivated and experienced React Lead Developer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and scalable web applications, ensuring high-quality code, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of new features and enhancements.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Mentor and guide junior developers.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement user stories.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in React development.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
8 to 15 years of relevant experience.
