Infrastructure Networking Engineer

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable infrastructure solutions with a strong emphasis on networking and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network protocols, cloud environments, and automation tools, contributing to the efficient and reliable operation of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement network infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
Manage and maintain virtualization platforms, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure-related issues.
Implement and maintain security best practices for network infrastructure.
Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure migration projects.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in infrastructure and networking engineering.
Strong knowledge of Red Hat technologies and VMware virtualization.
Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with migration projects, particularly involving VMware environments.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
