Senior Associate, Clinical Supply Chain

This role supports the clinical supply chain, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of investigational products to clinical trial sites globally. The Senior Associate will be a key contributor to the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical supply activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product integrity and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track clinical trial material (CTM) inventory.
Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and clinical trial sites to ensure timely delivery of CTM.
Monitor and resolve supply chain issues, escalating as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to CTM.
Support the development and implementation of clinical supply chain processes.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Biology, Chemistry).
5-10 years of experience in clinical supply chain management.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
