Senior Non-IT Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent for non-IT positions within our client organizations. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and close candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in non-IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
