SOC Lead - AI Automation

This role focuses on leading and enhancing the Security Operations Center (SOC) by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing security processes, improving threat detection capabilities, and ensuring a proactive security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the SOC team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered security automation solutions.
Develop and refine SOC procedures and incident response plans.
Monitor security systems and analyze alerts to identify and respond to threats.
Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure security best practices are followed.
Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on SOC operations.
Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices.
Experience with AI and machine learning applications in security.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
