Human Resource Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent to support the company's growth and success. The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to a diverse and skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Managing the offer process and onboarding new hires.
Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.
Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
