IT Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various IT positions within our client organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT landscape and a proven ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Understanding of recruitment best practices.
