Gopuff is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist II to join the People & Culture (P&C) team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner and subject matter expert, managing the lifecycle of complex employee relations matters, leading thorough workplace investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. You will partner closely with business leaders, the People & Culture team, and Legal to foster a fair, compliant, and inclusive work environment. This role requires heavy travel to major markets and locations regionally. You can expect up to 90% travel.
