AI/ML Lead

This role is focused on leading and developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The AI/ML Lead will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers and data scientists in the design, development, and implementation of innovative AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business problems that can be solved with AI/ML.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML techniques and tools.
Ensure the quality and performance of AI/ML models.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.

Requirements/Qualifications

8 to 14 years of experience in AI/ML.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
