Team Lead - Merchant Ops - Brand EMI

This role focuses on leading and managing operations related to merchant partnerships and brand EMI offerings. The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient processes, optimizing performance, and driving growth within the merchant ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists.
Oversee day-to-day operations related to merchant onboarding, support, and issue resolution.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technology, product, finance) to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

4 to 6 years of experience in operations, merchant services, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with process improvement methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
