Manager - SAP FICO

This role involves leading and managing SAP FICO implementations and support activities. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of SAP FICO solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing expert guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP FICO projects from inception to completion.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules.
Develop and maintain SAP FICO documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues.
Participate in the design and implementation of new SAP FICO functionalities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of SAP FICO business processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Minimum of 12 to 18 years of experience in SAP FICO.
