Senior Engineer - IT Technical Support L2

This role involves providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and infrastructure. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring system stability, and contributing to the improvement of IT support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level technical support to end-users and internal teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures.
Participate in IT projects, providing technical expertise and support.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in IT technical support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices.
