Oracle Field Service Cloud Purview Services

This role focuses on delivering and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) and Purview services to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of service management principles and experience implementing and configuring OFSC solutions. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that optimize their service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize OFSC to meet client requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OFSC issues.
Develop and maintain OFSC integrations with other systems.
Collaborate with clients to define and implement best practices for service management.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Document solutions and provide training to clients.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementation and configuration.
Strong understanding of service management processes.
Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Purview is a plus.
