Tech Lead Web App Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to join our team and lead the development of our web applications. This role will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, and contributing to the overall technical direction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Solid experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
Experience with database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
