Quality Assurance Lead

This role is responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance efforts for Vijay Sales. The Quality Assurance Lead will ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services by implementing and maintaining robust testing processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute quality assurance test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
Implement and maintain quality assurance standards and best practices.
Perform regression testing and ensure the stability of existing systems.
Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 12 years of experience in quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
