Sr. Associate - Institutional Equity Division

This role supports the Institutional Equity Division, providing essential assistance to investment professionals. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and contributing to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting research and analysis to support investment decisions.
Preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting with the execution of trades and other transactions.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
