Senior Manager AVP MFD Acquisition

This role is focused on driving growth and expansion within the Microfinance Distribution (MFD) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and partners, ensuring sustainable and scalable growth for Kissht's MFD business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement acquisition strategies for the MFD channel.
Identify and onboard new partners and distributors.
Manage and optimize existing partnerships to maximize performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales) to ensure alignment.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and partners.
Strong understanding of the Microfinance industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
