Training Development Leader

This role is focused on leading and developing comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The Training Development Leader will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives aligned with organizational goals, ensuring a skilled and adaptable workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training strategies and programs.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Design engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online modules.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements.
Manage training budgets and resources.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in training and development.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
