Senior ServiceNow Developer

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and related technologies, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
Perform unit testing and debugging.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with ServiceNow development.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.
