JDA Dispatcher WMS

This role involves managing and optimizing dispatch processes within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, coordinating with various stakeholders, and leveraging JDA software to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor dispatch activities within the WMS.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, transportation providers, and other relevant departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve dispatch-related issues promptly.
Optimize dispatch processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with JDA Dispatcher or similar WMS software.
Strong understanding of dispatch and logistics principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
