Senior Manager - Compensation Benefit

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the compensation and benefits programs for the organization. The Senior Manager will ensure alignment with business objectives, legal compliance, and best practices, while fostering a competitive and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Manage vendor relationships for benefits providers.
Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to maintain market competitiveness.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage the annual open enrollment process for employee benefits.
Oversee the administration of retirement plans and other employee savings programs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
