Interior Purchase Manager

This role is responsible for managing the procurement of materials and resources required for interior design and construction projects. The Interior Purchase Manager will ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality products while maintaining strong vendor relationships and adhering to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and procuring interior design materials, fixtures, and equipment.
Negotiating pricing and contracts with vendors.
Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Collaborating with designers and project managers to understand project requirements.
Evaluating vendor performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Tracking purchase orders and managing budgets.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of interior design materials and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
