Azure Data Engineer

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and solutions within a cloud-based environment. The Azure Data Engineer will be responsible for ensuring data quality, availability, and performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other relevant Azure services.
Design and implement data models and schemas optimized for performance and scalability.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data exploration and analysis.
Implement data security and governance policies.
Automate data processes and workflows.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Experience with data modeling and schema design.
Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
