Construction Operation Head for PEB RCC Projects

This role involves overseeing and managing construction operations for projects utilizing pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and reinforced concrete construction (RCC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling construction projects.
Managing and coordinating project teams, including engineers, contractors, and laborers.
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays.
Managing project budgets and controlling costs.
Overseeing quality control and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Procuring materials and equipment.
Reviewing and approving project plans and designs.
Providing technical guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in construction operations, specifically with PEB and RCC projects.
