Technical Lead - Java Stack

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in guiding the development and implementation of robust and scalable Java-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
Design and implement high-quality, efficient, and reusable code.
Participate in architectural design and technical decision-making.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 13 years of experience in Java development.
Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.
Experience with Spring Framework and related technologies.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
