Senior UI/UX Designer

This role focuses on designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products. The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and visual design, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
Develop user personas, user flows, and wireframes to define the user journey.
Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in UI/UX design.
Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience with user research methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
