Plant Operator

This role involves operating and maintaining various plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes. The Plant Operator is responsible for monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operating and monitoring plant machinery and equipment.
Performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implementing repairs.
Adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Maintaining accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience operating plant equipment (3 to 8 years preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
