Seeking babysitter/home help, okay with irregular schedule & ~10 hrs/wk

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with varied responsibilities and an irregular schedule. My assumption is this would fit best with a college student, but if you have a non-traditional work schedule, that could work too. Kids are 3.5, 7, 10.
