Senior Training Manager

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our team members. The Senior Training Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees are equipped with the knowledge and abilities needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on designing and delivering impactful programs.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess training needs and develop effective solutions.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Experience with adult learning principles.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
