Area Audit Manager

This role involves overseeing and ensuring the integrity of financial and operational processes within a designated area. The Area Audit Manager will be responsible for conducting audits, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and executing internal audits in accordance with established procedures.
Evaluating internal controls and recommending improvements.
Identifying and assessing risks related to financial reporting and operations.
Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Following up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation.
Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and controls.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in auditing, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
