Executive HRIS

This role focuses on supporting and enhancing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure efficient and accurate management of employee data and HR processes. The Executive HRIS will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the system, providing user support, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of HRIS functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on HRIS usage.
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and resolve them promptly.
Participate in HRIS upgrades and implementations.
Assist in the development and maintenance of HRIS reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to optimize HRIS processes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in HRIS administration and support.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
